T&amp;#243;m t&amp;#7855;t: This study was conducted to explore the factors affecting job satisfaction of bank credit officers in Vung Tau City. By quantitative research method, linear regression is applied with sample size is 180 credit officers. The research results show that there are 5 factors affecting job satisfaction: Job characteristics (β = 0.13), promotion opportunities (β = 0.26), leadership (β = 0.36), colleagues (β = 0.12), income (β = 0.14)</summary>

T&amp;#243;m t&amp;#7855;t: This study was conducted to assess factors affecting brand identification of green skin pomelo product. By quantitative research method, using Structural Equation Model (SEM), the study surveyed 200 customers who used green skin pomelo product. Research results show that there are 3 factors affecting brand identification of green skin pomelo: (1) Satisfaction (β = 0.24); (2) Prestige (β = 0.30; (3) Corporate communication (β = 0.10). The level of explanation of the factors on brand identification is 35.9%. Finally, the study proposed some limitations and future research directions.</summary>

T&amp;#243;m t&amp;#7855;t: This study was conducted to assess the factors influencing the work motivation of employees at Viettel, Ba Ria Vung Tau province. By quantitative research methods, the study has surveyed 150 employees in departments of the company. The results show that there are 5 factors affecting work motivation of employees: (1) Leadership support (= 0.36); (2) salary and welfare (β = 0.33); (3) co-worker bonding (β = 0.26); (4) development and promotion policy (β = 0.18); (5) working condition (β = 0.15).</summary>

T&amp;#243;m t&amp;#7855;t: This paper discussed the relationship between extracurricular activities and students’ achievement at university level. The study focused on the impact of extracurricular activities on the soft skills development of English major students at Ba Ria-Vung Tau University. The general result shows that there is a close relationship between extra-curricular activities and soft skills development. If the students usually join activities out of classroom, they certainly inprove their soft skills.</summary>
